Where is iHeart Bridal Expo?

Alcazar Temple located at 555 Eastern Blvd, Montgomery, AL 36117

When is setup for iHeart Bridal Expo?

Setup will take place Friday, February 8th  5pm-7pm. All setup must be completed on February 8th. No exceptions. 

When is iHeart Bridal Expo? 

9am-4pm on  Saturday, February 9, 2019

What is the cost for a booth rental?


What is included with with the booth rental?

A table and two chairs will be provided.

Can I pay with cash?

No, you can only pay by money order or pay online by credit card. https://racesonline.com/events/iheartmedia-bridal-expo-2019  If  you are paying by money order please make it out to iHeart Media. 

Do I have to have a business license? 

Yes, you must have a business license for this event. If this is your first time participating in a bridal event you may purchase a transient business license.

How much is parking?

Parking is free. 

Where do I drop the forms off?

You may drop the bridal expo form  form off at our station located at 203 Gunn Rd. Transient Business Forms must be taken to City of Montgomery Revenue Division P. O. Box 1111 Montgomery AL 36101.For assistance, please call the Revenue Division at 334-625-2036. Remember all forms must me turned in by Friday, February 1st by 12:00 noon. 

Can I rent more than one booth?

Yes. Spaces rented at the same time by the same person will be placed side by side. If you need places next to each other that were not rented at the same time, please let us know. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.

What if I can’t set up on Friday, February 8th?

You must set up on Friday, February 8th. There will be no exceptions.

How soon do I need to get my reservation in?

Booths are first come, first serve! So as soon as you can reserve, you should.

What is the cost of admission to enter the iHeart Bridal Expo?

The cost of admission will be $5.00

What should you wear to the iHeart Bridal Expo? 

This is a casual event! Come dressed comfortable. There will be plenty of vendors for you to look at. 

Who should I bring to the iHeart Bridal Expo? 

Anyone that you want! Brides and grooms are encouraged to attend, as are moms, dads, the bridal party, etc.

What can I expect from the iHeart Bridal Expo?

Feel free to walk around and explore the vendors that will be exhibiting and on display. There will be food samples, music, and much more. 

I am a mom/dad/relative/friend of the bride and/or groom. Can I attend the Expo for them if they are not able to make it?

Yes you can!

The expo begins at 9am. Is it ok if I arrive later than that?

Yes! Vendor booths will be open until 4:00pm
