Acting CTA President Attends First Board Meeting

The new acting CTA president is discussing her plan for the transit agency. Norah Leerhsen attended her first transit board meeting yesterday and talked about complaints she's been hearing about smoking on city trains and buses. She also wants to look at increased funding for additional beds for homeless people who shelter on CTA trains.
